  2. Scheduled Visits: Services will be conducted during scheduled appointments agreed upon with the homeowner. Changes to the schedule should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
  3. Service Limitations:
  • Pool cleaning services are limited to the tasks outlined during scheduling and do not include repairs or replacement of damaged equipment unless explicitly requested as an additional service.
  • The maximum frequency for cleaning visits is two times per week.
  1. Emergency Situations: Horizon Pools does not handle emergency repairs unless specifically requested, and separate service fees may apply for urgent visits outside of scheduled cleanings or maintenance.



Homeowner Responsibilities

To provide the highest level of service, we ask homeowners to follow a few guidelines:


Proper Pool Care:

  • Maintain proper water levels, as low or high levels may prevent technicians from performing necessary tasks.
  • Make sure the pool area is free of excess debris or hazards prior to scheduled visits.


Notification of Issues:

  • Notify Horizon Pools of any known problems or malfunctions with the pool, its equipment, or systems before scheduled appointments.
  • Communicate any specific cleaning or maintenance needs ahead of time.


Access and Safety:

  • Provide adequate access to the pool area for our technicians during scheduled services.
  • Make sure that pets, children, or obstacles do not interfere with technicians at work.

Horizon Pools is dedicated to providing excellent service, but we cannot be held responsible for issues beyond our control. Please read the liability terms below carefully:


Negligence by Homeowners:
Horizon Pools is not responsible for damages, malfunctions, or issues caused by homeowner negligence. This includes but is not limited to improper maintenance, failure to address equipment issues in a timely manner, or failure to follow recommended care practices.
    For example:

  • If equipment such as pumps or filters are damaged due to prolonged neglect, Horizon Pools cannot be held liable for additional repairs or maintenance resulting from these issues.
  • If services are requested and further damage occurs due to existing pool conditions caused by the homeowner, Horizon Pools is exempt from liability.


Pre-Existing Conditions:
Horizon Pools is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions that were unknown or unreported at the time of service.


Acts of Nature:
We are not responsible for damages caused by weather, natural disasters, or other external forces beyond our control.

While we hold ourselves to high standards, certain outcomes, such as water quality or equipment functionality, may depend on pool conditions that are out of our control or outside the scope of our services.
